Program name

Restaurant Deals & Specials (the "Program"), sent on behalf of the restaurant where you placed your phone order. The Program is operated by Harbor Brands LLC on behalf of the restaurant.

Program description

Customers who opt in receive recurring text messages with order confirmations, coupons, and flash specials from the restaurant you ordered from.

How you opt in

When you place a phone order, our automated ordering assistant asks: "Want text coupons and deals from [Restaurant Name]? Up to 15 texts a month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. Terms and privacy are at harborbrands dot us." The assistant says the restaurant's own name where [Restaurant Name] appears. If you say yes, you agree to receive recurring text messages from the Program at the phone number you called from. You will then receive a confirmation text that repeats these terms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can order without joining.

This is a recurring message program. Message frequency varies, up to 15 messages per month.

How to opt out

Text STOP to any message at any time. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more messages after that.
